Sam has come through in a pinch twice this year now . Furnace went last winter.  AC went out during this heatwave. 26 year old units so we replaced furnace. He fixed our AC so we will be cool & put us on the list for a new install soon.  He strives for your comfort. Checked back in with us a week to be sure things were good. We were quoted $1000+ for parts replacement by a large Twin Cities HVAC company, and I called Sam for a second opinion. He was out less than 24 hours later to look at it, was upfront and honest about what was actually needed, and did all repairs at a fair price. Our furnace went out and Sam came within an hr and half to look at it. He gave us honest feedback and was not pushing with trying to get us to spend a ton of money. New furnace & AC install. Sam was great to work with, had a carbon monoxide issue with the old furnace and he was able to squeeze me in same day. Everything Sam promised was delivered as promised. Since this was the first time I used Sam, I did shop him vs a couple other larger HVAC companies and he was very competitive. I’ll definitely use him again- honest & trustworthy.
